Hello: I am new (2 weeks) in Highland Lakes. I would like a point of contact to get a copy of the Association rules. I love the neighborhood so far.

Good luck, I moved in four months ago and after several requests for the Association rules, I still have not received them.

Well its 2017 and I have not yet got my copy of the association rules. 

I actually dont think there is an association anymore. 

Take a look at the common areas. 

I cant seem to contact the HOA president. Many phone calls and emails not responded to.

Please place the deed holder's names(s) as it appears on the deed and full property address spelled out ensuring it is legible in the amount of $157.50 to include previous balances that are not with the collections attorney.  Incorrect payments will be returned and causing a delay for payment to be received and your account may be turned over to the collections attorney. 

Annual assessments are ONLY accepted at BBVA Compass Bank, by the Association. 
 
On June 27, 2017, at 12:00 a.m., all delinquent accounts will be turned over to the collections attorney.
