Highlands Of Heath Neighborhood

This newly completed neighborhood is composed of approx 75 single family homes from 2200 sq ft to nearly 4000 sq ft. The homes were built by a large corporation known as Pulte Homes corp in this area.

Management Group

The Management gruop for the neighborhood is currently Principal Management group although, the neighborhood has created a "Homeowners Association" and elected officials and are working toward officiating all outside intervention and maintaining internal control.

Welcome New Neighbors

Highlands Of Heath neighborhood has just recently (early 2003) completed its final building phase. There is currently only a few homes yet to be sold. We welcome !!! All our new neighbors to this wonderful neighborhood conveniently located near Lake Ray Hubbard and within the Rockwall County School district.
