Hills of Beckley Station - HOA

Lately, I've notice that many of houses leaving their garbage bins outside of lawn. I value where I live and would like to see more of natural items such as trees, flowers, or ornaments to decorate their lawns....NOT GARBAGE CONTAINERS OR ANIMAL POOP. What can we do about these issues? Could we have some respct and consideration to our neighbors? Thanks,

How to involve the HOA 4 action

You have shown responsibility as a member of our community and have taken action by adding this message. If you would like to report a specific incident to the HOA, please follow the recommended action below. Reports ARE acted on and in most cases, we have seen quick, responsible outcomes by our homeowners to rectify most situations without a need for further inquiries.

for example - For the summer of 2007 alone, we have addressed over 20 separate incidents on various violations related to habitual parking, grass maintenance, and trailers/boats as our Top 3 inquiries as well as some various others.

How to report a concern/violation:
1)Contact our HBS Hotline @ (502) 473-0003 and ask for speak with Sydney regarding a violation in our HOA, OR, use the ?‘Email Your Neighborhood Leader?’ link off our homepage to email Sydney and our Board collectively.

2)Provide specifics (* = REQUIRED FOR ACTION):
?·*What is the concern/complaint/violation in question?
?·*Where is the above occurring? (ie ?– Exact street address of the member or specific location of the issue)
?·*Who is the neighbor causing the concern? (Name or address)
?·Would you like a follow-up after this has been investigated and what is the best way and time to reach you?

Examples:
?·Parking: Residents at 7777 Miles View Ct continue to park a black Honda accord car on the street at ~4 PM M-F and overnight. This has been ongoing for 10 days now ?– Ky plates # 123-456

?·Dog Droppings: Neighbor living at 3333 Tindall Ln allows his dog to poop in my yard at 5555 Beckley Hills Drive and did not clean it up. I have witnessed this on 3 seperate occasions and it needs to stop.

?·Trailer/Boat: Address 22222 Beckley Hills Dr has a (boat/trailer) parked on (their driveway/street). This has been there for 2 days and I is not allowed per our CC&Rs.

?·Unsightly Yard/Items left out: I?’m concerned with Address 4444 Covington Court not keeping their (yard in good condition/ trashcans in the appropriate places). Can you please look into and address?
