Okay, has anyone else noticed that someone is playing loud bass music late at night-early morning. I am having a real hard time sleeping at night due to this..I'm not sure where it's coming from..

I'm also disturbed by the amount of people that go up and down the street blaring the loud music..and they live in the neighborhood.
