I have noticed that we have ''neighborhood watch'' signs posted in our neighborhood. What exactly does this mean - I have lived here going on 12 years and have never heard of any meetings, block captains or news pertaining to an established program. Does Pat Acres Estates really have a Neighborhood Watch Program? If it exists, it would be important to know who is a part of it and to let the community know how to contact them. It may be a good topic for our NEWSLETTER.
