I was wondering if anyone has a garage apartment for rent or knows of anyone that may be renting a unit out. I currently live in the neighborhood with my parents, but it is temporarily. I would like to find a place within two weeks and I am seeking a one to two bedroom house or garage apartment to rent in this area.

''Plaza del Sol'' in the 30th Street block of 6th Avenue North. These are modest, yet quiet and clean apartments right in the midst of a lovely residential street (if I do say so myself, since I live on 6th *lol*!!!!!). I once asked our then-community police officer (Letcher, so this is going back a few years) if those apartments were okay and he spoke very highly of how they were managed at that time. I was looking for a place for my mom, who ended up in a wonderful situation, but not there. Anyway, check 'em out. They seem to be very quiet and have a nice, diverse tenant mix. |
