Good news 1st.

Nice to see our neighborhood on H G TV last nite....let's hear it for the boys.....good job guys!! Lots of yards have been spruced up for the holiday season.....a little bit of rain would be nice...anyone have any ideas on how to decrease the number of vacant rentals in the area? We know the monthly prices can be high, but just to sit empty for weeks is a bad sign.....
