Diane you gave me the wrong answer to my question on What does an investor need to pull for permits when they are working on a house. I read the laws and you must pull a permit for everything. Maybe you need to go on line and read the permits you must pull. It seems to cover just about everything. The only thing I can see is you also Must have a licenced Contractor to do all the work or be one yourself. But don't worry just be happy
