I am a renter in the area and was talking to my neighbor about the scorpions and roaches running this place. He said that HOA fees covers "pest control" and yet they're scorpions roaches all over this place..... He even admitted that he has not seen any time of pest control company out here.... Am I missing something is the services not in the HOA fees????? if not we all need to pitch in and take care of this....  can renters attend HOA meetings?
