Our association is moving forward with the desire to maintain Holiday Hill Manor as a great place to live, raise a family, have a career or just be a great resident. We have many plans for the upcoming years and much work to do. Come out and see what we are doing in in Holiday Hill Manor.

Assocation Board

The Holiday Hill Civic Association board is made up of exceptional members. We would like to highlight one of our Maintenance Coordinators, Chuck Harrold. Chuck and his family have lived in Holiday Hill Manor for over 16 years and have consistently contributed to the neighborhood. He does a fantastic job helping to coordinate maintenance and work days for the subdivision. A BIG thank you goes to Chuck and all that he does to help improve our neighborhood.

Covenants and Restrictions

When most people think of the words Covenants and Restrictions they think " how many restrictions are there.....". Here in Holiday Hill Manor our Covenants and Restrictions are easy to follow and help maintain the beauty and value of our neighborhood. About our association

Holiday Hill Manor Civic Association

We are a voluntary association with most residents participating with everything from paying voluntary dues for maintenance needs, to work days and Christmas luminaries. There is much to do, but residents make the neighborhood a great place to live.

Mayors Matching Grant Program

We are again, proud recipients of the Mayors Matching Grant Program 2002. In 2001 we implemented the new fence installation and after much hard work and many volunteer hours, we completed new fence installation. With our new 2002 grant we will be installing new entrance ways, lighting and landscaping. We will be tackling other needed projects in our subdivision and are excited about pulling together to get things done. Thank you Jacksonville and Holiday Hill Manor Residents!

Block Captains

We are planning upcoming meetings to expand our Neighborhood Watch program and have guest speakers to help us do this. More to come at the next meeting. Thank you Residents!
