Holiday Park Neighborhood Association

There is grant money available to Neighborhood Associations who want to improve their community. Other Neighborhood Associations have used these funds to install decorative streetlights, upgrade the street signs, and install neighborhood association signs at the entrances to the community. What would you like to see Holiday Park do?

Unkept yards

Establish a Program to have a minimum appearance of all properties in the sub-division.

There are many owners that DO NOT maintain there yards----cut the grass/weeds----and others that think the storage of the garbage can is acceptable 5' back from the curb, or in front of the house. Others leave the empty can at the street between pickups.

This Program should have 'teeth' in it so Holiday Park really is a place to be proud of.
