Thanking the Holly Civic Board for their support of the Waldheim rezoning plan.
Ellimination of R3-2 zoning is critical to the future of the beautiful Waldheim area. As you know, R3-2 zones create a very high population density (number of families permitted per acre) and best be eliminated from residential areas whenever possible. Developers love R3-2 zones because almost anything goes giving them the best opportunities for high density development.
