Did you know that the community has a lake?  I've talked with some of the original owners and they say it used to be gorgeous!  Ducks. Clear. Walk Around. And even fish in it!

How about a group of folks familiar with Grants get together and find those Government Funds/Grants that I know are available for things just like this?  Our 'Clean the Lake' project could even become an Eagle Project for a BoyScout Troop!

This WILL boost the values of homes in this community too ... Especially those around the lake!
