What is being done about the homeless situation in Westwood. In particular, the area near the VA on Ohio (under the bridge) and along Cotner. This area is an eyesore. It is infested with homeless and full of trash and debris. It is impossible to walk through the area on Ohio.  The city does not appear to be interested in the clean-up. But, as residents who pay property taxes to live in this area, we deserve a clean area.  I would appreciate knowing any information about this infested area. Thank you.
