I just wanted to know if any one in the Handley area is having trouble with people begging fro money outside this store.  My husband was hit on by a prostitute  this morning when he went in.  The store owners said they can't call the police so he had to. They say this is an ongoing problem and there are always people hanging outside the store always wanting seomthing.  I want to know why this is allowed to go on.  Customers will go elsewhere to shop if they are being hounded by bums.  The police do come out but don't seem to care either - I am new to this web site so wanted to comment on this
