We have been living in this community for over 15 years, always pay our yearly fees on time, yet we sit back year after year watching people doing things that are against our maintenance association policy. Not only that they are also violating our deed restrictions, and violating the law!!! The lawbreaker I speak of even goes as far as to park his boat backwards so you can't see his violation. We have had enough we own our house on Montceau Dr, we have to follow rules, why should'nt others. Some of the violatios we see just loking outside our frontdor are renters, SUV's, fences higher than supposed to be, cars (many) parked in street, grass height is a big issue people should be cited by he count for some of the houses laziness, you name it we could find it out there it's time for you to do some clean you or our community will fall apart quick, and I love my house, this area etc.
iiegal, unauthorized recreational vehicles many more violations

I would think that township ordinances would address most of these issues and complaints should be filed each time. Band together with other concerned neighbors and and hire an attorney to deal with the township and homeowners association if they refuse to address the violations.
My sympathies and best wishes. It only takes one inconsiderate law breaker to create a negative impression of the neighborhood. In my experience, this behavior needs to stop and be done forcefully for the stubborn people who think they are above the law. Otherwise, the behavior spread with the attitude of "if they can do it, I can do it" and the neighborhood declines along with property values and quality of life.
