Orange River Estates Properties is one of the communities either hanging onto or built after Temple Terrace became the PLACE not to live.  A Community full of Awhnts not Aunts who have endless nieces and nephews that (live) with them and cause endless problems.  They dont know who their fathers are and their mothers dont want them.  A HOA thats so sadly mistaken that it is more concerned with yelling at the hired help than worrying about the disgusting fences that are old and need to be replaced or torn down.  Or the real prize goes to the one owner who has a sprinkler system to water their nonexistant lawns.  If they did water their nonexistant lawns it would wash the many four door economy boxes mortgaged for seven years by the children of their alledged brothers and sisters cars parked everywhere but in the garages or driveways.  The few Residents who have actually tried to landscape obviously havent mowed or trimmed their hedges or trimmed and weeded their plants and shrubs since they were planted.  But, obviously the hateful rude HOA hasnt noticed this or lives in the like.  Yes its sad that anyone who is anyone moved out of that zip code over thirty years ago.  Those homes arent that old to be so unkept.  They were built in the 1980s pre Hurricane Andrew and would probably be blown down by a strong wind or may even have the shingles that were stapled on that a fifty mile and hour wind will blow off.  The pool is filthy and who of those socialites plays tennis?...or is it no longer a preppys sport? The Nieces and Nephews love to hangout in the Park and cause trouble and make a basic nuisance of themselves.  If money is in such demand why not just close the entire area fashioned after a much more exclusive neighborhood where these Awhnts nieces and nephews can support themselves and not just and ugly automobile and are at a job and have their own homes.   If youre looking for Real Estate its best to move on unless GHETTO is your style.  Resident Squatters who havent paid their mortgage since never and forget about their Home Assn Fees.  Fights in the yards and when the TT Police arrive nothing is done and the nieces and nephews will tell you so.  Which is probably to...again maybe the HOA should more address these type of issues...anyway the neighborhood will never be much more above Ghetto chic...
