I'm sure that you've heard them at all hours of the day and night....

stray bullet's whizzing overhead and all around our neighborhood.

A "responsible" gun-owner should know the trajectory of bullets

'innocently' being shot into the air, will land somewhere nearby.

This is NOT a second-ammendment issue. It's a serious concern that

needs to be addressed, Sooner than Later.

In light of the increase of school/ other public shootings, what

kind of message(s) are we sending to our children?

If the perpetrators received a citation or even spent a night or two

in a Pinal County jail, they might learn a good lesson in ILLEGAL

"gun play".

I implore you all to take a more proactive stance on this practice

which is out of control.
