Hello, I am your agoraphobic neighbor in 318,

In the past, we have been asked to donate extra monies to help improve our little community which many of us have done.

I have an idea for holding an in-property yard sale. This could be held in our Party Room and those with items to sell or baked goods can contribute this money to help make the improvements which are needed to make our community a better one.

Although I have the idea, I really don't know how to conduct one so this is where I need some ideas from some sharp minds.

My husband and I have been residents of 4433 Stanton before 4433 Stanton came into existence, this is our home. We appreciate the dedicated staff for all the work they are doing to help this community to become strong but, it takes all of us to help bring this about.
