This incident occurred March 18, 2018.
This tenant who has been nothing but a nuisance from the time he moved
in walked out to his car to put a two-tiered shelf in the back of his car.
He already knew that is was too cumbersome and bulky to set in the back of
the car.
Then, the tenant willfully set the two-tiered shelf on our little plot
of land to disassemble it when there's ample space on the other side of
where he temporarily resides. He could have disassemble the shelf
in the place before he set the pieces in the back of the car.
He as well as his roommate are being a NUISANCE! She pretends to
call the dog, she owns, back after the fact when the little dog
does the number two on our little land and never attempts to prevent
it in the first place. This is happening a lot where the dog
defecates in our front yard. The retractable orange leash is not used.
The dog runs all over the place leaving feces in the grassy area where a
person could slip on them or a person's shoes could be smeared with them.
The female likes to walk along our pathway to stir up trouble constantly.
They are not a solution but a problem to the community!
