I've lived on Whippoorwill Rd off South Park Rd for almost 24 yrs. My neighborhood is the shape of a horseshoe. Go down my road, left onto Mason, and left onto Walter and back to South Park Rd. It's a nice chunk of land with old houses. For about a 1 1/2 yrs I've gotten text and voice messages from people wanting to buy my property! It's been very strange to me. I had a thought, but I have no clue if I'm even thinking anywhere close, but do these people know something I don't know about this area. Does anyone know if UPS or anyone else is planning on buying out our houses for more offices? If anyone can give me a heads up I would truely love to know! Oh yes, my next door neighbor told me he's been getting calls too!
