January 8th, 2006 Board Meeting Minutes

Members present: Jerry Kroninger, David Hatch, Sean Riley, Tom Leonard.
Members not present: Brenda Simpson

The Minutes from December 4th, 2005 were approved as written.

Architectural Committee: No report.

Maintenance Committee: No Report.

Treasurer's Report: A reminder that the annual dues of $25 is due by the Annual Meeting on March 18th, 2006 will be sent out this week.

Social Committee: There is need for a person to chair the Social Committee and become a member of the HHA Board. There are only three events a year for which the committee is responsible. As a homeowner, please consider this position and contact Jerry Kroninger if interested (303) 697-5980.

Old Business: All of the abandoned cars at 8560 Mariposa Drive have now been removed.

New Business: The HHA Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, March 18th, 2006 at Inter-Canyon Fire Dept. Station #3 on Hwy 285. There will be a social hour from 9-10am and the business meeting from 10-12pm. We will have guest speakers on timely topics, to be announced.

Next HHA Board Meeting: Sunday, February 19th at 6:30pm at Sean Riley's house (8652 Ault Lane).
