Minutes of the HHA BOD Meeting April 10, 2005

Architectural Committe: Jerry Kroninger suggested that the HHA Board consider purchasing a portable sandwish sign board which would be used exclusively by the Board to advertise upcoming meeting or social events and would be placed at the entrance to the Homestead next to the pump house. Sean Riley will investigate costs and options for consideration by the Board.

Water Committee: 1. Jerry Kroninger suggested that the responsibilities of the Water Committee be merged into the Maintenance Committee and it was approved.
2. Tom Leonard suggested that the HHA Maintenance Committee initiate some testing of water within the Homestead in addition to the testing that is done by the Homestead Water Company. Sean Riley will investigate water testing laboratories and costs for consideration by the Board.

Treasurer's Report: Tom Leonard will contact S.T. Womack (previous treasurer) to transfer information and files.

Social Committee: Reta Trout has agreed to update and issue a new HHA Homeowner's Directory. She will confer with Peggy Timmons (previous Social Chairperson) to prepare a questionnaire which will be sent to all homeowners in the early part of June.

Old Business: None

New Business: 1. The HHA Board approved a donation of $300 to Inter-Canyon Fire Rescue.
2. The HHA Annual Picnic was set on June 25th. A flyer providing all the details will be sent to all homeowners in early June.

Meeting Adjourned. Next Homestead Homeowners Association Board Meeting will be held on June 19th at Sean Riley's house at 7:00pm.
