AARP is offering free tax preparation for people of low to middle income.
If you are interested in having a trained AARP Tax Aid Volunteer prepare your taxes, and live in the following zip codes: 48219, 48223, 48235, and 48240, please visit the Far Northwest Neighbor City Hall at 19180 Grand River and sign up for an appointment. This service is only available on Thursdays 9;30-1:30, between February 7 and April 15.
Do not call the Neighborhood City Hall. You must sign up for an appointment in person.
