This is a reminder that the 2018 payment for the road re-paving is due August 15th, 2018. The fee is not covered by an escrow account. The road re-paving user fee, in accordance with KRS 91A.510 through 91A.530, was established in Ordinance 5 or the 2014 series.
Please arrange payment today by mailing your check with the mailed letter you received (or a check with enough detail to identify your property address) to City of Houston Acres in the amount of $69. A homeowner wishing to forego the yearly payments may make a final payment in the amount of the remaining balance of $414. Payment may be brought to the monthly city meeting held on Thursday, July 26th at the McMahan Firehouse (4318 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, KY 40220), or payments may be mailed to:
