I've seen a couple of houses that their lawn hasn't been mowed for a long time, and trash laying around. Poop is all over the place as well. One of my neighbors in Middleglen has old tires laying around in front of his house, buckets with mops and brooms and a junk car that has been parked on the street for a long time. Is there any way to enforce the Deed Restricitons? Come on, we pay quite bit of money to live in a nice neighborhood where everyone will help to keep this community nice and atractive. By the way nice website and hopefully we can communicate better!

Lawn maintenance and trash

I have to agree that something has to be done. Old tires, buckets, mops, brooms, trash, trash cans and a junk car should not be left out for over an exteneded period of time. This should be brought up on our next association meeting. When it will be? Who knows. Your guess is as good as mine.

We pay plenty of money for upkeep in our neighborhood and would hope that it should be put to use. Everyone should take pride in living here and help keep it clean. Just my .02
