Hold up, 48K a year? that guy took 48k for nothing? Isn't that illegal? Does he still live here? Anywho, my landlord is a prick anyway, i don't think he even cares about the board as long as his rent revenue is coming in. I don't think many here even care, and it sucks you'll be leaving James, I wish you the best. I hope SPW doesn't turn into a dump. I have a question, there was a man name Akhtar Sayeed on the previous board i believe, do you know anything about him? I'm just curious because my dad knows him and I'd like to know his history on the board. well, thanks for the info James.

I was hoping I could contribute anyway here. I'd be willing to pick up the trash laying around on fridays and weekends if thats alright. I just need a place to put it so nobody gets in trouble for having a bag of garbage outside their garage on a non-trash-pickup day, like me. And who writes the newsletter? Also, did the board allow the wreckers to tow again in the complex? cause I noticed the towing sign reappeared in the front of the complex.

It was actually $4,400 per month, $88 per hour salary. It would be a 53K per year job it he'd stayed on the board. Luckily we were able to get quorum and kicked him out, so he made 11K out of . Yes it's illegal for a board member to get paid for his service but somehow they got with the lawyer and came up with ''consultation'' job for him. Even the lawyer advised him it's not a good idea. So dump they thought they could get away with it. Sayeed was a previous treasurer for that board but we believed he was a good guy. The majority was against him, but if I were him I would resign and stand along with those opposing the crooks, he might still be on the board right now.
Thanks John for offerring to help. Our porter, Cassandra at #122 would be glad to have a helping hand. Sherry our ex-board member also picks up trash while walking her dog. The best way is to put the bag inside your garage until pick up day. The odor wouldn't be that bad. Kermit, our president, writes the newsletter with our inputs.
We're still issueing violation tags for first time violator and would call for towing on second violation and for those who ignores tags repeatedly. If vehicles is blocking other's entrance or driveway we would call immediately.
