This community is starting to look like the landfill across the street. I guess people don't care about keeping their properties clean and it's a shame, they have the time to throw trash around but they don't have time to pick it up. It's time to start enforcing the deed restrictions and to fine the people that violate them. Im paying my annual dues every year for what? for these people to trash my yard and the neighborhood? Is there someone we can contact that can enforce the restrictions and make this a better and clean community for everyone? I've seen old neighborhoods that are neat that don't have HOAs's and this one seem like a land fill? come on people, get up and fix your yards it only takes an hour or two of your time a week? It's a shame!

Trash
Always looks like there is more trash flying around on Thursdays. The garbage trucks make a mess out there.
Go to the association meeting in May and voice your concerns. I will not be able to make it since I have to work that night.
I have to agree with your saying ''they have the time to throw trash around but they don't have time to pick it up''.
Lets try and keep our neighborhood clean.

Trash
I will, but what good does it make to voice my concern if I don't know who is the main contact for the neighborhood? I mean it is a nice neighborhood until some people start trashing it by not picking up the trash thats laying around the house, the property values of the home will come down soon if nothing is done. Selling the house might be a good idea. Its not all of our neighbors but quite a few, that don't care a whole lot. Junk cars are parked on the street for months and maybe years to come. If the restrictions were enforced this wouldn't be happening!! Who is the contact? does anyone know?

Enforcement
I sent an e-mail to customercare@pcmi-us.com requesting some information on who enforces the deed restrictions.
Hopefully I will get a reply back pretty soon.
