the parking lot
from my home at 2777 west lane these are things i experince living next to the parking lot in the easement -car alarms going off all the time due to the rumbble of the train not the horn, cars are there well past midnight, resturant staff returning to there cars past midnight beeping their car alarms talking drinking beer sitting and listining to there radios and boom boxes while waiting for coworkers, i have had to run one person off prowling at my back fence he went to his car and left, people racing their engines, at times flood lights coming directly in the the entire back of the house.and if we succede in getting a quiet zone the car alarms are still going to go off and they continue well after the train has past?? .
