Hubbard Woods Homeowners Association

We had an HOA meeting this evening to discuss the election of new Board Members and the need for a Special Assessment to address the removal of trees in the common area that poses a potential threat to the homes on Lazy Day Lane in the adjacent community.  For the meeting to be successful we needs a minimum of 12 homes represented and we only had 3.  As your current HOA President and the only member that is currently on the board I need to have new members elected immediately.  I will be resigning from the board no later than December 31, 2022 and after that date William Douglas Management will take over all duties for the community.  I hope that as members of the community you will take this matter seriously and attend the next meeting.  As of today there has not been a date set for the meeting but it will be held in early December.  As soon as possible I will have additional letters sent out and post the meeting on this community website.
