Quoting our HOA president, Sharson Disler, in the newest Hunters Horn: "Crime still plagues this community with a vengeance."
I would be interested to know where this "crime with a vengeance" is occuring, what types of crime it is and what is being done about it by the SAPD and the SAFFE unit, which received stimulus dollars to protect communities like ours.
According to what happened on Lost Lake last night, which is once again littered with trash from the leased property at 7310 Matchlock, I question why our covenant regarding single-property only is not enforced. People with knowledge about crime know that communities with too many leased properties not only lose property values but experience an increase in criminal activity.
So if you're reading this and you're thinking about buying a house in Hunters Chase, I advise you to look elsewhere, because our community is headed in the wrong direction.
