All Hunters Chase residents who have an interest in preserving the value in their home and crime control need to take a cruise around the neighborhood to see for themselves what they ARE NOT getting for their HOA dues. While more money is being poured into the signage at the main entrance, the general appearance of the neighborhood continues to suffer. Now, in addition to paying for an electric bill for a dozen 100 watt light bulbs in the trees at the swimming pool, we now are burning another 800 watts to light up the sign. And all the while weeds have taken over lawns, we have junk cars, trailers, rental homes occupied by people who haven't got a clue they're living in a deed restricted community, and who probably don't care anyway, and an HOA Board who is obviously clueless.
And has anyone called the Management Professionals of Texas office to report a deed restriction violation? What a joke! They take a portion of our dues and could care less about our HOA. Just what the heck do they manage anyway? Besides their bank account.
