I am currently working in Fort Myers, FL for a few months up to a year and I am planning on buying a home here as well.
My bank is asking me for Proof that I am current on my HOA annual fee certificate and also I need to pay my next year’s HOA fee.
Please let me know how much I owe and also where to pay… That way I am current for next year.
