Hunters Chase Homeowners Association

I have been trying to reach Procomm regarding a letter that I received on Saturday from them.  This letter is a warning letter and is dated 12/30/2013, and I just received it in my mailbox 3/01/2014.  I have tried calling their San Antonio office, the New Braunfels office and the Edinburg office.  Each has a busy signal, and after several attempts has a recording that no one is available to take the call.  I have left voicemails since Monday, and have even posted on their facebook wall.  I have tried contacting the board president (Jerry Gerling) at 561-9147, the number listed and that is not a working number.  How can I reach a human being with whom to speak?
