Me and my family have lived in Hunters Place for 8 years now. I am on the newer side of the edition on South Linn Avenue. I watched many of the houses on my street being built. It has been an awesome experience. I am grateful to have found such a wonderful neighborhood to live in. All of my neighbors have always been very friendly. It's been a really positive experience for my family including the children. Recently we purchased 2 small 4 wheelers in order to be able to spend some family time with the kids outside. Many of the neighbors that we have discussed the 4 wheelers with have been very positive. Until last week. When my kids were playing in the creek, there was 1 man who lives in the neighborhood that came out to take pictures of us. This made me feel very uneasy - a stranger taking pictures of my kids, then he came over to tell me that the 4 wheelers were tearing up the storm creek. Needless to say I do not agree and would not allow my children to tear up or ruin any part of our beautiful neighborhood. I have seen many kids in our neighborhood playing in the creek area and the only thought that came to mind was that they are obviously having fun, and it's a lot safer than playing in the street. I hope that the rest of my neighbors will agree that letting the kids play in the creek area can be a lot of fun and theres no reason to keep the kids away from there unless there is a potential danger.
