Letter From The Board of Directors

Welcome to our first edition of 2002. We welcome those residents who are joining us for the first time, and we welcome back those residents who had an opportunity to receive past editions. This year, we will continue with our commitment to provide interesting and important information regarding our area. We encourage all residents to use the newsletter in order to express their concerns, likes, dislikes and opinions as they pertain to our community.
The new Board of the Home Owners Association has had a very tumultuous beginning. We now have a three person Board, as the bylaws stipulate. I would like to introduce you to the new Board:
My name is Janet Rogers, I am the President. I and my husband of 22 years, Jim, have been homeowners here for almost five years. We have three children.
Vanessa Kearney is the Secretary. Vanessa and her husband of 15 years, James, have been here nearly five years. They have two daughters.
Bob Rhoads, Treasurer, and his wife Pat have lived in the neighborhood for four years. They have two rambunctious puppies that you will no doubt see if you use the walking path in the subdivision.

Please contact us any time you have problems, questions or if you wish to attend one of the monthly Board meetings. The Board meetings are held the third Tuesday of the month. We?’d really like to hear your input.
