Huntington Falls Homeowner's Association

We represent the residents of the Huntington Falls Subdivision. Our goal is to maintain, preserve and enhance values through the development of harmony and community spirit. We must interpret and enforce the codes, covenants and restrictions within their intended framework. This is not to infringe upon homeowner's rights nor is it a forum to harass a neighbor. We must all understand that not everyone will agree with each decision made. The object is to provide the greatest good for the greatest number.

Community Involvement

This is your community. For us to achieve our goals, we all need each other. Get involved in your community. If you see something wrong, let's look for a solution that works for everyone. We all purchased homes so we could enjoy them. But, we are all different in our tastes and likes and dislikes. That's what makes communities (and the world) interesting. Before you report a problem with a neighbor, make sure it is a problem that will detract from your home's and the community's value and not just something you don't like. Get to know your neighbor - talk to them - there may be a resolution to everyone's satisfaction before it escalates.
