Involvement

The current HRHA officers & BOD cannot handle all the needs within our neighborhood. Without more homeowner?’s involvement things can not be done. Playground maintenance is needed, just someone to paint and inspect the equipment. Someone to handle pool IDs card. Individuals to check the pool water everyday. Fix the playground gate and lock. Someone to handle clubhouse rentals month after month. Individuals to handle the Key Fob system. We need individuals that can help with lighting issues and outdoor timers. Lawn care in the flowerbeds. Without everyone joining and paying which is not happening, we cannot pay service companies to fix things and up keep the grounds. We need individuals that will do the work. We need someone to handle Web site updates, newsletter and on and on. With only 4 or 6 people involved we are only doing the most important items.

Suggestions are needed - We receive calls everyday of things that are needed to be done. Any suggestions about who should do the things?????
