Your parking problem
1. Work with your CRO (community resource officer) from your District police department. Car by the hydrant can be ticketed &/or CRO can talk to the occupants.
2. City streets are for public parking. However, City of Denver zoning code allows only 1 car for each licensed driver living in the house +1. So 2 drivers = 3 cars at the house & I presume this probably won''t help.
And as long as the cars are not left there for more than 72-hrs. without moving them, then anyone has a right to park anywhere on city streets if legally parked.
