Sidewalks - I'm curious how other communities approach sidewalk improvement.  Our sidewalks are the responsibility of the propoerty owner - is that the case in your community?  People in our neighborhood aren't able/willing to pay for new sidewalks - how can we go about funding them?  They are 100 years old and mostly made of brick.  Weeds are horrible and almost impossible to maintain.  I'd love to hear your thoughts, ideas and/or suggestions.
