IBIS Point Owners Association

We misplaced our Pool Fobs and I went to BMC Services and bought two new ones. I was told to send an email to the President of  Ibis Point Subdivision to have them activate our Fobs. I received an email back that they are out of town through the month of June and will activate them upon their return. This is unacceptable as we have family in town and would like to use the pool area. I cannot believe that there is not a backup person to help with this!
