Your resident at 229 Jordan Drive has a habit of illegal dumping on the neighbor properties to his north side just outside his fence.

A toilet, PVC poles from a graduation celebration last year, tarps, and now, bathroom tiles! These properties where he dumps his materials are at both 5673 North Dupont Hwy, Dover DE. (This lot is now for sale and is on the east side of his fence. He dumps on that lot and on the partial property abutting it that abuts the driveway of his neighbor to the north @ 5695 North Dupont Hwy. , Dover DE.

These properties are just outside the Cheswold city limits.

He's been asked to clean up his dumping before and has done so. However, now that the season has turned he's apparently fixing up his house again and has resumed his illegal dumping.

Does the HOA have any jurisdiction over this matter/man? When the lot he dumps his materials on for the most part is sold, the new owners are going to be tasked with cleaning up a huge amount of his debris. Which is now slowly being grown over by vines. Until of course he just dumped again last night. 4/21.

We don't want to have him arrested for illegal dumping but it will be necessary if someone doesn't speak to him about how to behave.
