We are new to Imperial Valley. We moved here in October of 2010. Are we the only people that live in here that have our windows rattled every night and day by the loud music from homes and autos? I have called the police on several occassions because we could not hear our own TV due of the noise/music. from neighbors houses and from their vehicles or those just cruising the neighborhood.
I have never lived anywhere that allowed the noise problem that exist in Imperial Valley. There is a person in my home with a medical problem and the noise causes a problem for us.
Is there anything that can be done short of calling a realator and placing this house on the market? Does this not bother anyone else?
