Your Association & the majority of homeowners feel that conversion of a garage into an enclosed room does not fit in with the look & feel of our neighborhood. Conversions are now prohibited by the City of Casselberry at this time. We will fight the City & the County if new laws are passed which would encourage garage enclosures. We will be working with both the City & County to force existing homeowners to convert these conversions back to full garages at the time of sale.
