The meeting was called to order at 6:40 p.m. by President Tasha. There were 40 neighbors in attendance.

Mr. Mike gave the treasurer's report. The association now has $294. There was $21 income from pop cans that were turned in.

Ms. Sahara gave a report on the Business Diversity Festival that was held on October 13. She said there were 13 vendors present and approximately 100 visitors. She said if anyone was interested in having their business advertised in the Business Diversity Directory to see her to get their name listed.

Preseint Tasha said that there were 50 participants in the neighborhood clean-up on October 20. She gave a special thanks to Dollar Tree, Little Caesars, Dominose Pizza, and Mr. John for their donations of water, ice, pop, and pizzas for the clean-up crew.

President Tasha reported there were 30 investigation/arrests in the past month for various offenses in our neighborhood consisting of stolen vehicle, larceny, domestic edistrubance, traffic violations, hit and run, narcotics investigation, aggraved assault, stolen license plate, runaway,and arrest on a warrant.

President Tasha said that the City office says the neighborhood association needs 11 more signatures before they can do a study for the installation of speed humps in the neighborhood.

Ther were two guest speakers. Ms. Erin Baugh from the Animal Cruelty Divison of the Community Prosecution Division gave a presentation on dog fighting and outreach assistance for animals in our neighborhood. Mr. Rufus Hardeman gave a presentation on alarm systems.

President Tasha gave out the dates of severl upcoming meetings that will be of interest to our neighborhood. They are as follows:

November 7 - Task Force Meeting
6-7 p.m. IMPD Police Dept

November 15 - Weed Grant Meeting
6:30 - 7:30 p.m. IMPD Police Dept.

November 28 - Seed Grant Meeting
6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Church

November 29 - Crime Watch Meeting
6:30 p.m. IMPD
3821 N.Industrial Blvd.

Ms. Pat made a motion to vote out the existing vice president for non- participation in the organization. Ms. Vicki seconded the motion. The motion carried. Mr. Earl volunteered to take the position if agreeable with the neighbors. Ms. Sahara made a motion to elect Mr. Earl as the replacement vice president, Ms. Pat seconded, the motion carried.

The next meeting will be December 6, at 6:30 p.m. at School No. 109.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
