meeting location

We have had the annual meeting at the New Augusta Academy North 3 years in a row and each time it has been in a different location. We never know until the day of the meeting, please trust that there will be a sign, or one of the Board Members will guide you to correct location.

Sorry we were unable to attend, both my husband and I remembered the meeting at about ten til eight. If there is anything worth repeating and notifying us about, will it be posted? or directed in the next community newsletter?

Sorry we missed you

Although the turnout was sparse, we had a pretty good meeting. Our representative from the Sheriff's or IMPD missed us but we had a great presentation on the Crime Watch program from Karen Hoff, a call for fitness walkers from one of our neighbors and discussion about speeding and ignoring stop signs, speed bumps, property values, getting involved, the new Community Notification System, landscaping, budget, plans for the future etc.. We will have a mailing out shortly answering some of the questions asked. The up side of the meeting was that we saw new faces, faces that are concerned and want to participate on what ever level they can to make our community a better place for all of us. I for one, feel quite encouraged after our meeting that we can indeed accomplish at the very minimum a working team of concerned neighbors, either on the board or off the board contributors to start addressing some of the issues we now face. Wish you could have been there, and if you would like to be involved even in the discussion phase of some of our programs, please notify Cindy Dean @ Affordable and one of us will contact you, thanks for your interest, JBD
