Who's idea was it to get a new one and why? We as the people who pay them, are entitled to know ALL of the details of this new arrangement. You as our board should have enformed us of this before now. We haven't even recd any form of notification as to who the new board members are that were voted in back in Oct!!!!! I don't remember our previous board being this behind in our newsletter. Would someone pls let us know what is going on?

From what I heard, The cop that is on the board, wanted Jesse out from the beginning of his term. I guess his friend that used to work for Jesse, started their own co, and he moved it to them. Doesn't sound very kosher to me. But I will be interested to hear what the board has to say to this less than above board move. Especially, as I understand it, that the Pres is the one that got us Affordable in the first place.

New Mgmt Co - Audit $2000

Why are we wasting our money doing an audit that will cost us $2000? I think the board needs to explain the reason for this. If we have this much money to spend, then why aren't the dues being reduced? I would appreciate a board member advising on this issue.
