I just received my invoice for HOA 2003 of $200.00. As I looked over the Profit & Loss Statement, I noticed several items of interest: COMPUTER & SOFTWARE 2,068.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who is using the computer that the MLHOA purchased? Why did the rate have to jump so soon? We still have several lots that should be built soon and should adjust the dues. PO Box rental $265.00? try renting at the US P.O. Box Office $80.00! Drive a little further boys. I am very pissed off with this Board. We get two newsletter a year, one being the Invoice and the other is B.S. I will send out a letter to all the MLHOA residences to protest this Invoice and amount of ($200.00) and for what? Why don't you try using the Murphy's Landing Church for your meeting and save us $180.00. OH yea... I love the fact that we paid more for our lot and we have the worst Entrance in Murphy Landings and we receive the least sprinkler/water for our (so called) plants during the summer. I would like to borrow the LAP TOP next week if thats O.K. with the Board? We all work very HARD and we hate to see the Board spend OUR money as they wish and see fit.
