Keeping Property Up is Important

Everybody wants to live in a nice neighborhood where the properties are kept nice. Unfortunately not everybody wants to invest time and work in maintaining that look. I find that in driving around, the areas where most of the properties look good, they are an encouragement to other owners to keep their property a little better. No one wants to be the eyesore in a group of nicely maintained homes. Also, the owners who spend a lot of time and effort in keeping their homes looking good, are more apt to call about eyesores since it can lower their property value. Times change and older neighborhoods like Farley can go downhill unless the residents take some action to keep it looking nice.

I won't hesitate to call when weeds and tall grass looks bad on my street!

If you need to call about tall grass and weeds you need to call the Health Department at Phone: 221-2150. They need the correct address.They also handle trash and debris complaints too.
