We are becoming new parents soon and one of the challenges we are facing is daycare. As a neighbor in Farley, I was hoping to get some good advice on potential daycares or home daycares around our area. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

There really aren't any daycare centers close to Farley. There is Riviera Daycare near Lafayette Square Mall which I would highly recommend. They are a little pricey, but I have trusted them with 2 of my kids. Kindercare is on 10th St., just east of Lowe's and also on Rockville Rd., west of Country Club Rd. I don't have any personal experience with them. There is also Children's Park in Avon. It is located on Rockville Rd., just behind the Pizza King. I have known people who have placed their children in the Mooresville center (same owner, etc.) and were happy with their services. As far as in-home daycare, I would just recommend going with someone who you know already has a child with that person, or with a sitter that you know very well. Good luck & congratulations!
